Assessment: PAI begins by reviewing your business strategy and management practices. We measure your business as it stands today: cost structure, profit (by product line), employee performance, process flow, cycle time, transaction volume, satisfaction ratings and competitive position. We also closely review your work activity levels – i.e., how time is actually being used, and who is and should be performing specific activities. This analysis can differ substantially from formal job descriptions.
The bottom line for any performance consultant is our own performance in delivering results. At PAI, if we don't gain measurable improvements for your organization, we'll waive our fee.
